As i joined rural posting as MO,i m really faceing the truth of poor rural people.They r not having money 2 live daily life,they totally hav 2 rely on hospital supply medicines.As emergency patients need some costly medicines,they r unable 2 afford.Some patient even if i refer them 2 higher centre for better treatment r unable 2 go due to their poor monetary condition,they even say "treat me here if u can,i hav nothing,i hav no one"....
